This isn’t just a campaign—it’s a call to action. RAWS (Ravers Against World Starvation) was born from the beat of Detroit’s underground and the hunger for real change. We’re not here to perform charity. We’re here to build community, one donation, one story, one moment of solidarity at a time.
From August 15–17, we’re teaming up with Tec-Troit to turn the festival gates into a portal for impact. Every canned good, every non-perishable item dropped off is a beat in the rhythm of resistance. Hunger doesn’t take breaks—and neither do we.
A Note from Wayne, Brand Ambassador/Owner of RAWS
RAWS started as a spark—an idea that maybe the same energy we pour into music, movement, and creativity could be channeled into something deeper. I’ve seen too many people go hungry in a city full of soul. I’ve felt the disconnect between passion and purpose. So I’m continuing to carry the torch to help RAWS try and bridge that gap.
The robot holding the globe? That’s us. Tech and heart. Local and global. A movement that’s human at its core, but powered by innovation, art, and community. We’re not waiting for permission. We’re showing up.
This blog is where I’ll share the journey—raw updates, behind-the-scenes wins and lessons, and the voices of the people who make this real. If you’re reading this, you’re already part of it.
Let’s move. Let’s feed. Let’s rave with purpose.
